I have not picked up the car yet. I want a heated steering wheel and for that to happen, a part had to be ordered. I was told at the time of purchase that it would take 2-3 days for the part to be received and I would get a call. When no call came, I tried calling yesterday at 3:30pm and no one called me back. Today I stopped by the dealership and was told that the heated steering wheel was on indefinite back order and that there was no ETA. If this would have been told to me at the beginning, I would never have purchased the car. I am not happy! More
