Your technicians stole from me. I had four granola bars in my car when I dropped it off, and when I got it back, there were only two granola bars in my car. I don't appreciate your staff stealing my food from my car while it is in your staff's possession. That broke my trust I had in you. Don't take stuff from a customer's car! Also, I don't appreciate being upsold to services I don't need and can't afford. I was offered a service that would've cost me $700. I don't need that service nor do I have that kind of money to spend on something I don't need or want. I only want what I asked for, not to try to be upsold for something so stupidly and ridiculously expensive that no normal person, including me, can afford. That to me is trashy and arrogant and I do not appreciate that. How the heck does a full fluid change cost $700? What are you using? Fluids from the God's?? Absolutely ridiculous service and trashy staff. More

Whenever I bring my car in for service, I always have a pretty good experience with the service team.
