AutoNation Honda Spokane Valley - Service Center

I was a bit put off at the 2 hour delay that was initially not communicated to me until I asked about an hour in, It was then explained to me that the call center had over booked them and they were initially not communicated to me until I asked about an hour in, It was then explained to me that the call center had over booked them and they were also down a couple of associates. I was fine once I knew why the delay. Upon completion it was made aware they would be picking up the cost of my service that day due to the delay and poor communication. I was not expecting and did not ask for this freebie, but they insisted. this is one of the reasons I continue to come to Auto Nation Honda. they are the best, Thank you More

I had an excellent buying experience at this dealership. Sean and Jesus treated me kindly and explained the features of my car to me well. Autonation Honda always lets me decide on what services I am comfortable paying for at that time. They keep my car in amazing condition and are never pushy with what needs to be done.
