I was a walk-in for an oil & filter change and other mileage service. They worked me in, changing the oil and engine air filter, I was in and out in two hours on a busy Monday. Disappointed. I strongly suggest that the service manager review the days work load and number of people on duty. We drove over an hour and were told that they needed our car all day due to lack of technici review the days work load and number of people on duty. We drove over an hour and were told that they needed our car all day due to lack of technicians. If they looked at their work load and called the people such as us who live over an hour away and said, we need to reschedule instead of we need your car all day and OH, WE DO NOT HAVE A SHUTTLE OR LOANER VEHICLES. It would have been a more pleasant visit. On the POSITIVE SIDE, they got us out in just over 2 1/2 hours. (after my wife went ballistic on the service writer and manager) More
