They worked me in without an appointment, ran diagnostics on my vehicle to identify the source of my concern and replaced a part that was in the early stages of failure. I called for an appt and got in in an hour at 4:30 pm on a Friday. Danny is my service advisor and is excellent. Danny came in the Dealership to find me to let me know my car was completed. Excellent service and I was in and out in about a hour or so. Danny’s welcoming smile and excellent service was over the top! He really knows how to treat people. I love my Honda and it is my third Honda. Having the drive they checkin is always a plus for service and more than one service tech available but I just call Danny for he is the service tech I deal with and look forward to seeing each time.
