We visited this dealership to purchase 2011 Hundai Sonata SE and the deal was finalized and contract between buyer and dealer was signed, finance was approved and check for down payment was given to dealer. The model of that car was not in the dealers lot, so dealer told us that they will get the car next day. Next day dealer changed their mind and asked for many more hundred dollors for that car. Finaly the dealer refused to sale the car for the price for which cntract was signed and voided the contract and returned down pament check. I had purchased many cars but never had bad experience like this. More

I called for a 15 thousand mile maintenance check which consists of 11 checks with 2 possible repair or replacement. Todd Speaker said ask for him when I arrive at the dealership. I asked for him and explained again what I needed done to my car and to have a 4 wheel alignment ($59.95 with coupon) done also. Todd returns 2 and a half hours later with a $300 bill and my car is soaking wet and dirty. He had the technician change every filter on the car which is not a part of the maintenance log except the air filter and other repairs were done which were not remotely connected to this visit. My car ended up dirty and Todd trying to explain to me that he saved me money. Stay away from this place. The sales deapartment might be great but the service department is a rip off. More
