In looking at our scores on Dealerrater.com I notice yours as it stands out as one of the worst scores we have gotten thus far. A 4.2 isn't bad but it isn't good, either and thus, is there anything I can do personally to get you to upgrade your rating of our dealership? Lesley's income relies on maintaining as close to a 5.0 rating as possible and this one... well, maybe we deserved it but I'd like to appeal to your softer side. I have expressed my experience in my earlier review. If you want to discuss, I am ready to do so. I can prove that how bad was our experiance with your car sale representative. I still have the copy of the contract signed by both parties which was diclined by your staff.

This customer was attempting to scam the dealership. Once the scam was revealed, we were able to void the contract before they were able to get away with it. They then began to slander the dealership. While this review is unfortunate, it is also untrue.
