Called looking for an appointment for oil change for my daughters Elantra. Was told nothing available until middle July. Spoke to advisor Louie, he said if I could drop off car Tuesday and leave it all day daughters Elantra. Was told nothing available until middle July. Spoke to advisor Louie, he said if I could drop off car Tuesday and leave it all day he would work it into the line up. I told him I couldn't leave if all day Tuesdays but would drop it off late tuesday and leave it for all day wednesday. I finished earlier then planned on tuesday so I dropped the car off around 1200 expecting to pick up my daughters car sometime on wednesday. Louie exceeded my expectations by informing g me he would have the work done before close of business. Received text from Louie informing me that car would be ready for pick up at 4pm. Great job Louie I appreciate your effort going the extra mile when no appointments were available. Great customer service! More
