I believe that when I came in for my last appointment the filter should have been checked it was so dirty. My experience was excellent! When I got there and saw all th he construction going on, I got a little stress of what the service was going to be like. To my surprise, Mr. Rodriguez was busy but when it was my turn He made me feel very comfortable and gave me all the attention needed to feel welcome and to feel comfortable. And then Mr. Leo, the salesman that sold me the car 15 months ago greeted me and made me feel even better. He visited with me for awhile. That helped a lot. Before I left he told me that if I needed anything, just call him. Mr Rodriguez made sure that I was ok with the car when it was deliver to me. Oh, the sales personnel in the trailer made sure that I was comfortable while I waited. And they were very friendly and hospitable.
