I purchased my Tucson 2018 in June 2019. The engine went out in June 2021. I took the vehicle to the dealership and was told it would be covered by warranty and that it would take about a mo The engine went out in June 2021. I took the vehicle to the dealership and was told it would be covered by warranty and that it would take about a month to fix. They stated they had to completely rebuild the engine. They put us in a small rental car (KIA Forte). It is April 2022 and I just got my car back. Every time we called the office for an update, they could not give us one, only that they were short handed and would try to work on the car as soon as they were staffed. We continued to pay for the car we didn't have and had to make due with the rental and the limited space. No apologies were given. I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this place. More

I like the dealership don't get me wrong. We took our car in for maintenance oil change and tire rotation ....well we got home and I realized the window wiper fluid was still out , I looked a We took our car in for maintenance oil change and tire rotation ....well we got home and I realized the window wiper fluid was still out , I looked and it had the same sticker on the windshield from the previous maintenance. How do I know if the maintenance was done if something so simple didnt get done? My husband waited at the dealer 3 hours for the car to get done! Usually they wash and vacuum...but not this time. My husband checked the oil and as we thought...it was not changed. Also the anti-freeze level was low. So we are taking it back on Monday. Thankfully, The service dept said to bring it in so they can make it right. More
