Scheduled an appt with Tiffany to have a tire replaced and two recalls completed. When we arrived, the tire replacement was not added to our ticket. Went in for first oil change on car and it took 2 1/2 hours. Appointment was at 11 and didn’t leave till 1:30. Don’t understand how a simple oil change and rotating tires take so long. Just a scheduled oil change. Turned out to be that, and a tire rotation. No big deal, except that I had forgotten to ask about getting it done. The service dept went above expectations when they noticed it needed to be done, and did it. When receiving the vehicle, I remembered about the tire rotation being needed to be done. The Service Manager informed me that the tech's took care of it as it was due. Nice job guys, nice job! More
