Waited 3. 5 hours for a 7am appt for an oil chg and general check up for a trip. Excuse was a computer glitch and they didn't tell me that until I had already w 5 hours for a 7am appt for an oil chg and general check up for a trip. Disappointed that it cost me a hundred dollars and waited so long for an oil change and tell me they recommend I replace some filters, which I didn't do due to additional cost. Sorry, I'm done with them. More
