Always a positive customer experience when I drop my car off for service. I've bought two cars from Autonation Hyundai, so I've been in service many times. This last experience was great! I went in with a laundry list of minor issues on my 6 yr old Santa Fe. The staff is friendly. .. no doubt about that. However, they are down to 1 service advisor.. ONE! And because of that... you have to book a service appointment more than a .. no doubt about that. However, they are down to 1 service advisor.. ONE! And because of that... you have to book a service appointment more than a MONTH in advance. Then, when you arrive for your appointment, you wind up having to wait an inordinate amount of time. For me specifically, I always schedule for the first appointment of the day. But, if the person after me requires a little more time with the advisor... it puts her behind schedule. And with only have one advisor... it just compounds. I have personally seen people wait 45 minutes to be checked in for their appointment. Given that fact, Tiffany does an amazing job given her situation. Reading the optional questions below... I wasn't asked if I wanted my vehicle sanitized...so I assume it wasn't. Contactless transactions and service pickup and delivery were not part of my appointment. More
Dropped off my Genesis with engine light on. I was told it may take awhile due to several cars at center. Problem diagnosed in 3 days. Part replaced quickly and picked up car same day.
