Bought a used car from them, two weeks later car over heated and had to have towed to dealer. Had to pay tow bill that they said they would reimburse me for due to being under their warranty. My recent visit was, for a person who hates to go get their car serviced, easy, painless, and convenient. I received a text saying service was due. I made the appointment right from my phone. Texts remin their car serviced, easy, painless, and convenient. I received a text saying service was due. I made the appointment right from my phone. Texts reminded me when the appointment was coming up. I was able to drop the vehicle off the night before and received a text when it was ready. That was about as painless as it gets! The service was great. I have been dealing with an ongoing odor issue in the SUV. Along with regular service, they treated that as well. Let's see if the 3rd time treating is a charm. More
I brought my Santa Fe to the Hyundai Mall of GA for a factory recall after scheduling an appointment. OMG it was a GREAT experience. Auto nation of mall of Georgia Hyundai needs more train of the service department adviser. It took over two months for the car to be ready within warranty service. They don't know how to handle provided warranty service and procedure. Also lack communication within the internal. It was an awful experience, and not recommend It. More

I spoke to Justin the day before and was told to "stop by" to get a possible recall issue related to my steering wheel evaluated so the parts could be ordered. I set an appt time for 12:30. I arrived on time, my appt was not in the system I guess because it appeared they did not know I was coming. Amy helped me and she was wonderful. My car went back into the bay so the techs could play around with the steering wheel to determine if the recall issue was correct and then order the part so I could be on my way. I was there for more than an hour when I had to seek Mike H.'s help to find out "what is taking so long?" (since no work was being done, just getting the car info to order the part. Mike checked, got the ball rolling, and another 30 minutes later my car was ready for me to leave. Why did it take 1.5 hours to order a part? I have had good service with Mike H., Justin, and now Amy - but seriously 1.5 hours was too long considering nothing was being done expect turning my steering wheel to hear "the noise" and then ordering a part using my VIN # info. - Justin even diagnosed the problem on the phone with me the day before. Me coming in was just a formality I guess, but 1.5 hours is too much wait time. NOTE: no cars were waiting in the bay when I arrived and there were 2 other "waiters" in the waiting area with me. Did not appear busy. Please AutoNation Hyundai Mall of Georgia service - do better. Also - why isn't everyone at the dealership and service wearing masks? More
Rediculous customer service. Had. My vehicle for a week just to take it for a 6 mile Test drive. They said they found nothing wrong. Had to rent a car for two days when it could have been taken care of t just to take it for a 6 mile Test drive. They said they found nothing wrong.
