Scheduled a recall service for a canister kit install 3 weeks in advance. I live in Hiawassee so it is almost a 2 hour drive from my house. I received an email the day before reminding me of my appointment. I arrived on time the day the service was scheduled only to be told the part had never been ordered. I was also having a couple of issues with my car that I informed them about (motor using 1-1/2 quarts of oil between oil changes (7500 miles) and transmission shifting hard from 1st to 2nd sometimes and car only has 88000 miles. Service guy looked my car up to schedule a engine usage test and informed me that my warranty expired 6 days earlier (60 months). Said he was sorry and that he would get the part ordered and could not do anything about my problems as the warranty had expired. I wasted 4 hours driving a 170 miles for a I'm sorry and your warranty has expired and would not even try to see if my problems could still be covered under warranty. More

The recent use of the Steal a ship exceeded our expectations. Just before leaving on an out-of-town trip, we were experiencing some battery problems. Took my 2020 Hyundai sonata in for my first warranty oil change. Ben Petit was my advisor. He was super professional and courteous the entire process. When my oil change was finished, he told me that there change. Ben Petit was my advisor. He was super professional and courteous the entire process. When my oil change was finished, he told me that there was a recall on my car and they went ahead and fixed it for me, AND also did a system software update on it to! I had no idea about either of those! I’m glad Ben was able to take care of everything for me in a professional and timely manner.
