I have been a customer of this dealership for over 10 years and have had two different Hyundai service here. The service is sporadic good and bad. My last service of my car was good. I brought my tire years and have had two different Hyundai service here. The service is sporadic good and bad. My last service of my car was good. I brought my tires from here over 3 years ago and it came with free rotations and balances. Out of 4 services to balance my tires, only the last service time did they balance my tires and did an excellent job. Customer service department offers me free oil changes and other stuff to correct my score which I did; unfortunately I did not get it in writing. More

Honorary 5 stars. I know the work is always done right and the staff are friendly and know their stuff. My only complaint is the accuracy of the time estimates given - was told a job would take an hour, and the staff are friendly and know their stuff. They are likely short staffed which is understandable. I won't take away from the 5-star rating though as I am happy with the work and I will be going back to this dealer when needed. More

I can’t thank Eric enough for following thru with ordering the radio/navigation/GPS part for my Hyundai Santa Fe. He did so several weeks ago and the part was back ordered indefinitely. He advised me to call back and bingo! he was able to obtain, make a service appointment and now I have! Thank you also to the mechanic that did the install (wish I had his name) who came out to the lot and got the clock synchronized! And to the guy in service that I flagged down in the lot who got the mechanic for me . Great people! More
