I experienced a great difficulty with their finances. I was offered only one ridiculous interest rate which was $11.99. This caused 2 trips to my bank of 45 miles each way. Had he clearly explained to me the finance information, I would have financed it through the dealership. To complete the sales deal, I spent a few hours each day sitting in the lobby. Unfortunately, I became very exhausted which overtook all of my excitements 😒 More

As much as I appreciate the convenience of them being local but a 3 1/2hour wait for a routine oil change is not worth it. I can get the same service at a Jiffy Lube and be on my way in 30min. They were friendly until they realized I wasn’t going to purchase another car from them.
