They were friendly until they realized I wasn’t going to purchase another car from them. They also changed their stance and told me I need to take my car back to the Hyundai dealership I purchased it from. purchase another car from them. If you want to waste time and ruin your mood, visit this dealership. I scheduled a test drive for the Ioniq 5 N and received a confirmation email, along with a text message. I also got a message from someone named Andrew, stating he would be waiting for me to take the test drive. When I arrived at the scheduled time, Andrew was nowhere to be found. After waiting for 15 minutes, another dealership representative informed me that Andrew couldn’t make it and that I wouldn’t be able to test drive the Ioniq 5 N. Instead, they offered me a test drive in a regular Ioniq, which I declined. Then, they suggested two absurd options: either test the car in reverse so they wouldn’t record miles, or sign a purchase contract before test driving it.
