AutoNation Mobile Service

Not impressed with the mobile service company. They said they weren't able to do a full scan on my Jeep to find the problem I was describing. I saw the tablet light up but when he turned in his report the problem wasn't listed. I called him on it and he said oh I filled it out too fast, I'll go back and correct it but I need to speak with my manager first. Said I needed to book another appointment to get the work performed. So I took it to the local Jeep dealership "Lithia"and service was top quality. I had to pay out of my pocket to find the answers I was looking for. They provided me with specifics. Why they are not a regular approved vendor for SilverRock is beyond me. It doesn't matter if you have a vendor come to your home to complete work when they do an unsatisfactory job. They (The Mobile Vendor) pulled everything apart and then left a loose piece of my glove compartment on the floor of my back seat along with the used part box that they said they needed to repair my air conditioning. They then tell me they did not allocate enough time and need to come back next week to complete the job and I'll need to pay another $85.00 charge but they're sure they can probably get that reversed like the last time. So I go into the weekend with my air conditioning working worse than it did before they started in 102 degree and 104 degree weather. They were supposed to return today but I cancelled because I refuse to allow them to continue to do less than adequate work and be paid for it. They then charged my credit card a $50 cancellation fee. What a joke! I'm still within my 30 day warranty and I believe that they will try and drag this out so they can tell me that it is no longer covered. Well guess what!! I'm Vinnie's cousin and that is not happening!! I won't just let this pass. I expect to get what I paid for. Fix my car with a reputable vendor. Signed, Pissed Off in Yuba County! More

After the scheduling hiccup, the service tech was very nice. Plus, it was great not to have to take the vehicle to be serviced and have them come to the vehicle since the battery was dead. nice. I was in a pinch and needed some work done and I found automation so I decided to try it out. I was very impressed with how easy it was to set up an appointment that worked with my schedule and my locatio automation so I decided to try it out.
