I was told by the finance manager that the dent and appearance protection plans in the amount of $749 each were mandatory.and was added in my purchase contract. I told him that I did not want or need appearance protection plans in the amount of $749 each were mandatory.and was added in my purchase contract. I told him that I did not want or need the plans. After reading the contract it stated that this was not mandatory to purchase the car. I was lied to. I called the manager of the dealership and he refused to authorize me a refund. He said he would look at my contract and call me back. He never called back. More
