I’d strongly advise anyone shopping for a used car here to have an independent mechanic inspect the vehicle before purchase. The dealership’s inspection did not catch (or possibly overlooked) several serious issues with mine. When I test drove the Jeep, I noticed a ticking sound and a smell but assumed it was just part of owning a Jeep, since I’m not a mechanic. In reality, the ticking was the well-known Pentastar 3.6 issue that most mechanics recognize immediately. Within 24 hours I also discovered an oil leak. The service department attempted to repair the leak twice but failed both times. Ultimately, I had to take the Jeep to AutoNation Chrysler Jeep, where they finally resolved the oil leak and addressed the engine tick. During the seven weeks my vehicle spent in various shops, I was never offered a loaner car. My wife and I had to take multiple days off work, drive more than 24 hours round-trips back and forth to the dealership, and pay nearly $1,000 out of pocket despite having an extended warranty. In the end, I was fortunate to catch the leak quickly and to have warranty coverage, but the Jeep required about $4,000 worth of repairs almost immediately after leaving the lot. I can’t say with certainty whether the issues were deliberately overlooked, but it feels suspicious that so many expensive problems surfaced right after purchase. My advice: don’t rely on the dealership’s inspection alone—always get a trusted mechanic to look things over before buying.! More
We recently completed a lease on a new Subaru Outback at AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe and overall had a great experience with the dealership. Each person we worked with did an excellent job and was helpful throughout the process. It was a smooth transition of teamwork from our initial phone contact to the ultimate leasing process. We were initially hesitant to make the drive from our Broomfield home to Centennial due to the distance, but their competitive pricing—lower than our other bids—made the choice worthwhile. We’re glad we made the trip, and we would certainly recommend this dealership for consideration. Note: Because of the distance from our home, we expect to use a dealership closer to Broomfield for servicing the car. Thus the service department was not a factor in our decision...although given our positive experience with the lease, I would expect them to do a good job in service too. Our previous Subaru Outback was totaled in an accident, so we did not have a car to trade-in. More

Based on me recent service experience, I would not recommend using AutoNation. Service technician did not put correct amount of oil in the car and was told I would need to buy new rearview mirror (thi recommend using AutoNation. He’s also patient and responsive to any questions…..just a really good experience! Tawseef guided us through the financial part of the transaction without a hitch. He is also a credit to Subaru. Very impressed with both Subaru employees. It says a lot about the dealership standards. More
