I initially worked with Mr. Paul Carbajlal, who confirmed multiple offers and scheduled my appointment for December 24, 2025. On that day, he was unavailable, and my purchase was handled by Mr. Cristian Batista. I was explicitly promised the following: a $50 test drive coupon, free Subaru app, Summit package, wheel locks, annual windshield coverage, service packages, and Christmas gifts. None of these items were provided, and I was additionally charged $200 for the Subaru app, despite being told it would be free. Mr. Batista later stated that “nothing comes free,” which directly contradicted earlier commitments and left me feeling misled and disappointed. I request an immediate review and resolution of this matter. If unresolved, I will escalate this to AutoNation Corporate Customer Relations. I look forward to your prompt response. I drove to Denver from Colorado Springs to purchase a 25 Outback a few months ago because the Subaru dealer in the Springs couldn't beat or match the Subaru Arapahoe dealership offer. I needed to make a service appointment for my new car because the driver's-side window regulator was not working properly and my tire pressure monitoring system kept turning on the dashboard low pressure light when the outside temperature was in the 20's. I didn't like having to drive to Denver for warranty service and I was disappointed that the dealership doesn't fill tires with nitrogen which is better that overfilling tires with pressurized air.
