Hi Management, Thank you for your detailed response and for taking the time to address my concerns. I appreciate your willingness to review the situation and provide clarification. I would like to reiterate that my concerns primarily relate to how certain items were communicated during the sales process versus what was ultimately reflected in the final paperwork. The differences between what was discussed and what was delivered led to the confusion and frustration I experienced. Regarding the $50 test drive coupon, I am attaching the coupon code with this email. Please let me know how it will be applied and confirm once it has been processed. I would also like clarification on accessories. Were any accessories added to my vehicle, such as a steering wheel cover, cycle stand, or any other items? Additionally, there were other accessories promised during the sales discussion that I have not yet received. I would appreciate an update on the status of those items. With respect to the MySubaru subscription, I was not clearly informed that the Security Plus subscription was an optional paid add-on. Since this resulted in a charge of approximately $200, I would like to request clarification on whether this amount can be refunded. As mentioned previously, I would welcome a detailed review of my purchase agreement together to confirm exactly what was contracted and to address any discrepancies related to add-ons, accessories, or services. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the delivery of my Subaru car. The car was delivered on the roadside instead of inside the showroom. This vehicle is a very precious gift to me, and I expected a proper and respectful delivery experience. Unfortunately, the delivery was done without any coordination, explanation, or standard showroom procedure. Such handling does not meet the quality of service I expected from an authorized Subaru showroom. I kindly request an explanation for this incident and appropriate action to ensure this does not happen again to any customer.
