The service advisors were courteous, took the time to review the scheduled maintenance with me, and made sure I understood what would be done during the visit. I appreciated how organized and efficient the check-in process was. The service itself was completed in a timely manner, and I was kept informed about the progress of my vehicle. It gave me peace of mind knowing my Forester was being handled by technicians who are knowledgeable and experienced with Subaru vehicles. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made the time pass more easily while my car was being serviced. When the work was finished, everything was explained clearly, and my vehicle was returned in great condition. Overall, I’m satisfied with the professionalism and quality of service provided. I would gladly return for future maintenance and recommend AutoNation Subaru Hilton Head to other Subaru owners in the area. More
