service time inaccurate, written on entrance door, utterly disappointed and disgusted, by the lack of qualified technicians, having to wait nearly 4 hrs for minor incidents of replacing battery and utterly disappointed and disgusted, by the lack of qualified technicians, having to wait nearly 4 hrs for minor incidents of replacing battery and putting a plug in front tire, having to tolerate the incompetence of a new cashier, not finding my key at time of job completion. Driving 80 mi round trip for lack of any Subaru dealership at proximity to my location, nor anyone available to drive me back, this has been very likely, mission impossible for this aggravating situation , and test for patience and endurance, however, I am praising Steve Clolko, to attempting to appeased and reassure of his support during this testy and negatively memorable incident. More
