Spencer went above and beyond to get our GPS/Radio replaced that was only replaced a little over a year ago by another Subaru dealer in Virginia. October 7 2022 was my first service visit. I appreciate Spencer’s email reminder. Upon my arrival he scanned my car checked tires and took the time to install the wheel wall covers I purchas I appreciate Spencer’s email reminder. The service (oil change and overview of vehicle) took about 1.5 hours which was the time I estimated.
