Cannot say enough about how professional and customer oriented the service staff was. Quickly reviewed what type of service and any additional concerns and seems before I could even get through my email oriented the service staff was. Quickly reviewed what type of service and any additional concerns and seems before I could even get through my email and news that my car was ready to go. Funny how an hour goes by so fast, especially with fresh coffee and a donut. When finished, Megan came to get me, went over the service and I was on my way home before I knew it. Needed to have our car serviced. Spouse got sick and was not able to pick me up from the drop off. Dealership was able to provide a courtesy drop off and pick up. Usually they are pretty good. They scheduled my car for service, but did not have the parts they were supposed to install on hand. I have to reschedule whenever they receive the n They scheduled my car for service, but did not have the parts they were supposed to install on hand. I have to reschedule whenever they receive the necessary parts. Initially, I had to wait about 3 weeks to get scheduled in. Still waiting to hear when the parts arrive. Very frustrating. More
