These folks have always been pleasant, friendly and helpful and patient with older folks. Was kind of surprised that we had a $100. deductible on our platinum warranty - that was something that nobody helpful and patient with older folks. Was kind of surprised that we had a $100. deductible on our platinum warranty - that was something that nobody told us about in advance and I kind of wish they would have. Very much appreciate the Lyft to/from the dealership - very convenient. One thing and I kind of hate to say this but the one let down when we bought the car back in 2021 was the fella who showed us the configuration of the car. We returned to the dealership a day or two after buying the car and he helped us with the dashboard configuration. We felt rushed and didn’t really get a clear understanding of the things he was supposed to show us. Life is busy for us (no time to read the car manual and not a car person) and a little less rush and a little more time would have been helpful. Overall - professional, patient, and nice folks. More

I was referred to this location by a friend who loves his Subaru. After looking at multiple sites online along with reviews of different models, I had the car I wanted narrowed down. Once I contacted the dealership, I was able to speak with Kevin. From our first meeting to our last he took all the time I needed to review different options, test drives, and allowing me to drop by with little notice once my car arrived. Each visit he went over unique features of the car and offered multiple options on how to manage my trade in, arrival of my car, and dates to finish the paperwork.
