I met with Sales, Seungjun (Brian) Lee, after arriving unannounced, who was helpful and informative Purchased a previously viewed online 2017 Tiguan. I met with Sales, Seungjun (Brian) Lee, after arriving unannounced, who was helpful and informative. He and his manager handled negotiations professionally and agreed to order a tow cover that was missing from the vehicle. Later, the tow cover was received and painted to match the exact vehicle color as promised. Overall, I am very pleased with my Tiguan, this experience, and would highly recommend this dealership! Never went brand new in my life. I was looking for a good,low miles, used car, and my sales associate helped pick a couple i really liked. I just couldn't pull the trigger because I'm nervous to spend that kind of money and trust a carfax report. So he let me sleep on it. Even gave me a ride to my hotel! The next day, I came in thinking I was going to wait a while longer and look around more. But I did ask about a lease option based on family convincing. He was still very patient with me and walked me through everything. I found the lease option was the best for me right now and will look into purchasing the car in three years with a carfax report I trust. I had a very good experience with Mr David Poole. I now have a car I love that suits me and my lifestyle. I still need to go back and have someone walk me through all the tech and new options that come with it. And will very soon.
