Review for RAV4 Service The service I received during this visit was exceptional. As a woman that has struggled in with dealer service centers in the past (not listened to, being told I needed more than this visit was exceptional. As a woman that has struggled in with dealer service centers in the past (not listened to, being told I needed more than I did, being told something was broken and it wasn’t, just plain being taken advantage of) Thi was the best service experience that I have ever received. I felt Respected, listened to, and seen. Casey was prompt to greet me when I arrived. He apologized that they may be running a little slower, which I did not mind. He was courteous and welcomed me into the waiting area. The service was completed in less than an hour, Casey reviewed all my paperwork and answered all my questions. He welcomed me to call if anything came up. Exceptional Customer Service. While I waited, I asked to speak to a sales person to explain a few features on my new RAV4 Hybrid. Oscar joined me, introduced himself and sat down to help me. He answered my questions professionally and succinctly. He then asked if I had any questions on the safety features. He gave me some tips and answered more questions. He also provided me insight to other vehicles and reasons for the new features on cars. It was a pleasure to speak with him. I appreciated all that he shared and I respect his knowledge. Again I felt very comfortable and he went over an above to make sure I had all my questions answered. He offered to stop by any time with any questions. This is Exceptional Customer Service from a very knowledgeable employee! My experience with the Toyota Call Center was not so exceptional. I called to make an appointment and told them specifically what I was looking for and they didn’t pay attention. I asked a question and was told that a service advisor would get back to me. That never happened, I took the appointment that was offered. I called back a day prior to service, I did not hear from any service advisor. I spoke to Charles and he was so frustrating. He didn’t listen to what I said or what I needed. He was on auto pilot. He said you need service on your 2015…a no my 2025. Oh your 2024…he then said I don’t have your appointment….I told him I would be happy to share my confirmation text. I told him to forget it and said good bye. I called again and spoke to David, I was then quickly given the answers to my questions. I rate the call center very low. From now on, since I have the direct number, I will be calling it directly. More
