They treated me like less than human when I brought my car in to be fixed as the transmission was messed up. They talked to me like I could not afford any of the repairs. Nobody got back to me after the d car in to be fixed as the transmission was messed up. They talked to me like I could not afford any of the repairs. Nobody got back to me after the diagnosis and i had to call and leave multiple messages. Timothy Nolan was extreemly rude in this dealership, when my car was towed there, he did not even care to confirm that it was there until i forced him to walk me to the service center to see. While there he opened my car door and hit the car next to it. He then proceeded to tell me that the diagnosis would be done the next day. 24 hours later he had not called for an update and when I called he told me the transmission had to be replaced and he didnt know if I could afford it. He treated me like I was wasting his time and like I had no business bringing my car there. After I called and left about 5 messages asking to speak to any other representative they just forwarded me and left me on voicemail. This is the worst experience I have had with a Toyota after owning mine for 10 years and dealing with multiple dealerships in multiple states. If you do not drive a brand new car or do not dress or appear rich they will put you on the back burner and completely discriminate against you. They are a horrible dealership and their representatives do not care. Even if my car was still at their dealership, i talked to Timothy Nolan and he could not offer any options. I was willing to buy a new car or trade in mine but that did not matter to him and them as a company because they had already judged me as not good enough. I highly recommend that you think twice before visiting this dealership. More
I came in for my 10,000 miles service on my Camry. Admir, the service manager, met at the service desk when I arrived and told me that he would take my car to the garage himself. I would like adjust my review. The general manager of the dealership got involved and reviewed the facts. The dealership stepped up and submitted the timeline to Toyota and they have agreed to fix the t the dealership got involved and reviewed the facts. Poor quality of service It is my first & last time experience with this dealership service.I had done a multipoint check & Oil change Service. It is surprising that technician never noticed the transmission pan gasket leak until I had noticed at home and brought it back to the dealership. Than they charged me outrageous charge of $146 just for the diagnostic/inspection charge. Honestly if the car was looked properly during the oil change service and multipoint check that includes inspection of Transmission Leaks, the technician definitely would have noticed the leak. For bad experience , I am never going to return to this dealership. I would not recommend anyone , I highly doubt their quality of service. More

Had a lemon 2015 highlander for which the service department was doing the best they could, after the second engine removal and 5th car rental for an oil leak that started soon after I bought the car we were done with it. Approached to the sales department to see what they do and they were unwilling to do anything, also left a message with the GM who would never come out and see me in person. They avoided me at every interaction and said that I just get an attny b/c they were unwilling to help. Just beware if you do have any significant problems with your car do not expect them or toyota to help you out. More
Save your time and skip this dealer. After booking an appointment I went in for a simple brake check which took an hour and a half. Than the advisor came out with estimates of 1200$ for front rotors and pads and rear drums and pads on a 2007 Yaris including 5 HOURS OF LABOR (the mechanic's lunch break too I'm assuming). All the parts cost no more than 350$, so not sure what ware they thinking with this estimate. And than when I told them I'm not ok with doing the repairs it took another 20-25 min to get my car back. If you are willing to waste your time and hard earned cash go right ahead with these butchers. More

Horrible Customer Service Long story short , I purchased a brand new Scion tc 2014 from AutoNation Leesburg Toyota off cardinal drive. Its a 6-speed manual transmission. No less than a year into the lifespan of the vehicle and the vehicle needed new clutch, new brakes and new tires. It's unbelievable how cheap the parts of these vehicles are. I was told when I purchased the vehicle I had warranty. So when I visit the service center in regards to the clutch issue Im told its wear and tear on my part. Unbelievable as a customer I was in shock. Its a brand new car I shouldnt be having this issue so early into the cars lifespan. They didnt want to replace it, and insisted it was my fault. I had the clutch replaced by a local auto shop. The guy had a look at the clutch that was so called ruined because of wear and tear and he was in shock. It had no wear and tear visible to it. Its just cheap parts on there behalf. To this day I still have the clutch with me and I will pursue this with the attorney general and have a case filed. This is unacceptable service from such a high consumer brand in todays market. I highly recommend you do not purchase from this specific dealer horrible customer service from employees and mangers. And if you can dont even purchase a scion/toyota, very cheap parts installed in these vehicles and no help from brand when needed. More
