Damaged from Wreck.. I have a 2016 Toyota Camry. I worked with Chris R. The service advisor. My car was in shop 6 days. I was told my car is driving just fine. Long story I have a 2016 Toyota Camry. I still hear the noise I heard due to accident and he heard it himself yet told me to come back in a week. After I had to miss some of my workday to chase a check so that the tech could get paid. He stated this was last day of pay period and I really needed to come up there today, 3/15/19. Also while picking up car Chris asked if I check my voicemail on my phone. I was like no. I never do. He said whatever you do if you have one just delete it. I was like um ok. He said that when he and I were on phone and I was explaining how I have been screwed by another shop about my damages to my car and all that his wife could hear me. He said he was just venting and that not to take it personally. I kinda laughed it off. At 8:40 PM on 3/15 I check the voicemail.. Not knowing the voicemail was talking about me!!!! Ken the tech and Chris were talking about how they feel for the other shop, talked about how his wife could hear him talking to me and that they feel sorry for my boyfriend! I then text Chris letting him know that voicemail isnt cool ! He did try to call and text saying sorry. I did advise I will be at Toyota... Oh and my alignment was so messed up the tech made such a big deal about it when I put in shop they printed it out! When paying my $500 deductible I asked for alignment, they "um don't have it!" Little sketchy since it was such a big deal!! Tires that I had to chase down to get from another shop were supposed to go on back. But are on front and told no big deal!! Chris and I drove around in my car because I heard the noise in my steering again and so did he. He said next Saturday would be a great time to come back!! Haha really just paid for something not fixed. I'd be aware of this place. I'm extremely disappointed!!! I have filed complaint with statefarm over this.. I'm still not done because this dealership needs to make it right. I'm scared to have my car back in there... More
Big time cheating with repair cost 10/17, VSC lights ON and everything shut down, Repair cost +$700. Car Towed to Service Dept. I was visiting my daughter and my new grandson in Lawrenceville when my car wouldn't start. I called AAA to have it towed to Auto Nation Toyota Mall I was visiting my daughter and my new grandson in Lawrenceville when my car wouldn't start. I called AAA to have it towed to Auto Nation Toyota Mall of Georgia Service Center. When the vehicle arrived, I received a call from Auto Nation giving me a quote on diagnosis to further determine the repairs necessary. After the diagnosis, I received a call with a cost. which in my opinion were reasonable. A couple hours later I received another call stating everything was completed and the vehicle was ready to be picked up by 5:00 p.m. Since I did not live in the area and was alone with a new born baby with no transportation, and would not have been possible for me to pick up the vehicle in the time required, I requested a service that was not company policy. I pleaded my case, which had to be cleared by the manager, and later received a return call granting my unusual request!! It was a real pleasure to have picked the right dealership service center willing to go the extra mile for its customers! More
$1,000 brake job ! Paid 475.00 for a brake job but found out it was really a "BREAK" job. Brakes squeak so loud that i have to blast the radio volume to 30. Could not find the problem My Tundra had an issue of bucking or hesitating and took it to Auto Nation Toyota in Buford last year and they could not find a problem. Stay Away from Service Department I use to Love this place before the new Service Manager. (Joe "bald guy") came and changed everything. I have owned 3 Toyota Vehicles in the last 11 y I use to Love this place before the new Service Manager. (Joe "bald guy") came and changed everything. I have owned 3 Toyota Vehicles in the last 11 years, all my vehicles have always been serviced at Toyota Mall of GA. I had always received excelllent service. When the store changed ownership and became AUTONATION everything went downhill. They hired a new mananger (Joe) who doesn't treat the customers or employees with respect. I have seen a big turnaround in the employees they can't seem to keep them. The customer service here is bad and it's not the advisors fault, it's the Managers fault they have gone away with the cashiers to save some money and have given the advisors the job to check us out. Now we have to wait a lot longer to pay and to check in because of this. This dealership is going to loose many loyal customers. I will not come back unless they start making changes. More
Took much longer to get a simple oil change done, plus I arrived at 3pm for the oil change, which normally took about 45 minutes. But this time it took one hour and half.
