As the Sales Manager of AutoNation Thornton Road has promised, the buying experience was hassle-free and no stress from start to finish. My personal preference in how I would like to conduct business wa promised, the buying experience was hassle-free and no stress from start to finish. My personal preference in how I would like to conduct business was respected. There was no pressure. I was offered the very best deal as the generous SM beat all the offers I got from other Toyota dealers. The brand-new factory fresh car came as per my specifications, with additional features at no extra cost. When my family and I came to their dealership to pick up the car, it was ready with a red bow. The Sales Associate continues to send me follow up emails after the sale. I would buy again from this dealership. And will not hesitate for a moment to refer my friends. More
I purchased a lightly used Lexus ES-300H and overall this was a great experience and I'm very happy with the car and the value received. I did experience two things of concern that I'll provide as feedback. was a great experience and I'm very happy with the car and the value received. I did experience two things of concern that I'll provide as feedback. First, during the test drive I pointed out to my salesperson that the Tire Pressure sensor light was on. He stated that he would have service take care of that before I left with the car. This did not happen and in fact I found that the tire pressure for all 4 tires was 11 pounds lower than the sticker recommended. My 2nd issue was that on the web site description and on the iPacket llnk sent to me, it was very clearly stated in the AutoNation dealer notes that a Smart Access Key card was included with the car. I pointed this out to the salesperson and he advised that he would track it down and Fedex it to me. When I checked back in a couple days later he just simply stated "We don't have it" and there was no further effort made to compensate for or explain this. Considering that I had been told that the car's previous owner is actually an employee of the dealership now, I found this low effort very disappointing. I also inquired about the owners manual and if there was a 2nd key fob and all I got back was a dismissive No. Otherwise the experience was good and I found the finance manager I worked with to be top notch and thorough. Pure harassment. .. After completing a survey from Autonation I was contact via text about him seeing my survey. What follows is the communicaiton between he (Juan) .. After completing a survey from Autonation I was contact via text about him seeing my survey. What follows is the communicaiton between he (Juan) and I. Juan: Hi, welcome to AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road! I'm your Service Advisor, Juan. Please text me with any questions and click https://www.autonation.com to share feedback & see your service visit information along the way. - Juan Juan: Goodmorning Mr Stone I saw your feedback and just wanted to apologize , we didn't have much communication in person till the very end but you were definitely not a nuisance or anything , again sorry you felt like that ! - Juan Me: Please refrain from contacting me further. It is unnecessary and unwelcomed. I assure you that if I were to ever engage with the dealership again, I would have no dealings with you whatsoever. The likelihood of me ever using the dealership again (due to having to interact with you) is minimal. Additionally, if you wish to send someone an apology, please take the time to compose it correctly. Your apology appears unprofessional and hastily written, lacking sincerity and proper punctuation. Clearly, it was not a sincere apology, and therefore, it is not accepted. Again, please refrain from contacting me further. Sincerely, Juan: Yes Sir . Happy Holidays and blessing to you and your family. - Juan Me: What part of “DO NOT CONTACT ME FURTHER” do you not comprehend? I will be contacting your manager as you continue to make issues. You need to look up “STOP” and “CEASE.” Do not contact me ever again. I am determined to make you stop since you cannot seem to understand the meaning of my communication. Needless to say I have been unable to get a manager as of posting. More
