I have to give a shout out to Ricardo at Toyota Winter Park. I went in for a routine service of an oil change and tire rotation but they noticed my battery was failing and needed to be replaced. Of course Park. I went in for a routine service of an oil change and tire rotation but they noticed my battery was failing and needed to be replaced. Of course I missed the warranty expiration by 2 weeks and I was going to be charged $300 for a new one. I said that sounded expensive and I could probably find one cheaper somewhere else. When he found out I missed my previous maintenance appointment because of mom's passing he contacted his manager who approved the new battery. Thank you to Ricardo and his manager for your kindness. I truly appreciate it. More

This is my first Toyota vehicle and 1 year maintenance check. So far I'm very impressed and pleased with this dealer. They go out of their way to get you in and out on time.
