Not so knowledgeable staff and very hard to get in contact with the store unless you get a sales person. I had a rental and left an item behind and to get ahold of the store took me 10 different peopl contact with the store unless you get a sales person. I had a rental and left an item behind and to get ahold of the store took me 10 different people, 9 transfers with no success and one hangup after asking for a manager. The main number send you to people working remotely and they kept telling me they don’t know the store number directly. There words exactly was “we don’t get that number” so impossible to get ahold of one specific department. I just wanted the item recovered and held to until I get there. I was an hour away so by the time I got there finally helped by a sales person by the name of Luis that went directly to the rental counter and got Omar to locate it and hold it until I got there. There’s a service write named Yekob Rivera that told me when I was making my appointment that the reason my fuel mileage was poor on my 2025 Tacoma was because of the fuel I use in my truck. Which right there I shouldve known not even take my truck to that dealer, like that was a red flag right there. I’ve been a motorcycle master Tech for 17years and never have I heard or would say that statement he made. More

I had my transmission fluid and filter changed and the price I paid was lower than what was originally quoted to me. I am very pleased on the price of the repair and that it was completed in under an hou price I paid was lower than what was originally quoted to me. I am very pleased on the price of the repair and that it was completed in under an hour after I dropped off the vehicle. However, there are two issues with AutoNation Toyota Winter Park that the Service Manager should take action to correct. Firstly, I called five times over three business days to request a price quote on the transmission fluid and filter change. I left messages for a service advisor and the service manager and they never returned my call. I live about 30 minutes from the dealership and did not want to make a special trip just to get a price quote on simple preventive maintenance. I happened to by driving by the dealership and decided to get a quote in person. Sasha was very helpful and quoted a I price that was less than my local mechanic so I scheduled the service. It is frustrating to leave messages and get no reply. That should be addressed. Sasha called me when the service was completed and my wife drove me over to pick up the vehicle. Sasha called a second time when we were about 10 minutes away to let me know that the car had been washed and was ready to be picked up. I arrived at 1155 and Sasha requested the vehicle be brought to the pickup area. She and I stood there for ~20 minutes in the heat waiting for my vehicle to be delivered and it was not. She explained that it was parked at a lot some distance from the dealership on Forsythe Road and someone was going to get it. She took me inside to wait in the air conditioning. My vehicle was finally delivered for pickup at 1240. It had taken 45 minutes after I arrived to actually get my vehicle. That is roughly the same amount of time that it took to get the actual service completed. This wasn't Sasha's fault because she did her part and we were both sitting there waiting for the shuttle driver to go off-site to get the vehicle. 45 minutes is a long time to wait for a vehicle that has already been washed and is supposedly ready to be picked up. I give AutoNation Toyota Winter Park four stars overall based on the price and the speed of the service. If it were not for the time wasted waiting for my vehicle to be delivered it would have been five stars. If the price had not been so competitive, I would have given the service two stars because I should not have had to wait 20 minutes in the July heat outside and another 25 in the waiting area for a car to be ready to go. More
