My visit to AutoNation Toyota was for service, but I will definitely not trust them with a car purchase after my experience. I had a morning appointment for oil/filter change and wanted to have an electronic definitely not trust them with a car purchase after my experience. I had a morning appointment for oil/filter change and wanted to have an electronic diagnostic on a non-functioning button that opens the hatch of my highlander. I was warned that the diagnostics would be $159 and that the whole service would last 2 hours. I ended up spending 4 and 1/2 hours waiting for my car, and payed $123 for an oil change plus $159 for diagnostic plus tax, with a quote for needed service of $1,000 to replace the backdoor ECU, and another $800 for break pads. I new that the front rotors need to be changed, but this guys recommended machining it. Poor time management, poor communication during my wait, overpriced and not accurate. I have not decided what I will do with the ECU, but never again will do an oil change here. I am looking to do break pads and rotors with another professional for a more fair price. AutoNation Toyota have a fancy waiting area to lure you to an overpriced service and parts. Avoid AutoNation Toyota for service- unless you have a warranty you need to take advantage of, otherwise terrible. More
I was really happy with the experience until I started my car the next morning and my tire pressure light indicated low pressure in my back passenger side tire. It had been alerting to the front passenger si car the next morning and my tire pressure light indicated low pressure in my back passenger side tire. It had been alerting to the front passenger side tire, which I discussed with an employee when I got there. She assured me my tire pressure would be checked and adjusted after the rotation. I’m glad to know the tires were in fact rotated. But they were not filled. It leaves me wondering what else was supposed to be done and wasn’t. This is the fourth car I’ve purchased at AutoNation. And my first lease. My trust is wavering. I don’t need a cafe. I need reliable car service. I will shop around next time. More
The waiting area was nice along with the employees. Our issue was the fact that it took 2 1/2 hours to get a new battery when we were originally told 1 1/2 hours and even that I thought was long. My first time visiting was on 6/21/25 & had an oil change. It was a very positive experience. A pretty quick check-in process for a Saturday. Great communication - received text updates throughout & didn't have to wonder when the car would be ready. Even received a video taken by the technician. Had the option to pay online which was convenient. Would recommend based on this 1st visit & will return. More
I went a couple of weeks ago and Joel, Jesus and Nora are the Best and number 1 at what they do. Very professional they are there for their customers and they will take care of you and your car needs. I reco the Best and number 1 at what they do. It took over 2 hours to get an oil change done even though I had an appointment. It took me to going to service advisor to obtain my vehicle which was done well before. It should not take that long f though I had an appointment. It took me to going to service advisor to obtain my vehicle which was done well before.
