I came in here with literally no hope ! I saw there was an autonation literally down the street from my house so I went in I’ve worked with autonation USA before in spring tx when I lived in Houston so I was praying for another miracle I walked in the two people in front greeted me asked what they can help me with I told them everything wrong with my current vehicle what I’m looking for and all that Roberto was the guy to help me out he showed me some vehicles we chose top two to test drive them he was very relatable and very easy to talk to after the test drive he gathered mine and my husband information processed our application and literally within the next couple hours I got approved for the vehicle I was really wanting out of the two and I literally left here with a working vehicle to get my kids to school myself to school and be able to travel to Houston back and forth than you so much ROBERTO !!!
