First of all, the buying process here was fine. I brought my 2026 Civic in today for service. The radio, especially the AM band, was working poorly. Now mind you, I owned the 2025 version of the exact same car and replaced it with this new one so I know what the radio is supposed to sound like. When I entered the service area, I was greeted by a tech after a few minutes asking what I was in for. He said someone would help me soon. After a few more minutes, another tech came by and asked the same question. I told him and he again said someone would help me. After several more minutes, a third tech came by and yes, asked the same question. I responded with "how many times am I going to be asked that question?". He got a bit flustered, asked my name and saw on his ipad what I was there for. He then said that it might take all afternoon to get it looked at and diagnosed (this was before noon). I said that was not going to work (why did I get the appointment?). After I said I would need transportation, he decided that they might be able to get it in pretty soon and diagnose it. I said OK. Then, after a short time, my car magically appeared back in the service bay and the tech told me that the radio was "normal" and that with the short antennae of today's cars, the reception is not as good as it was years ago. What a load of crap. I didn't bother to explain to him the way modern fractal antennas works. Anyway, it was clear that they just wanted to get me out of there and never did any actual "diagnosing". Very disappointed. More

This dealership has decided to avoid contractual obligations by ignoring the customer. be aware this is not a dealership you should deal with. Please do not use this location. It will only cause you trouble. More

Joseph listened attentively to what mattered most to us in functionality, comfort, and price, and helped us to find many options that would be a good fit for us. We had a list of some we were interested in and he recommended some others that would fit the ticket well. He was so patient and informative as we test drove countless cars! Seriously, this guy is like a walking car encyclopedia! But also, isn't afraid to look something up if he's not sure, which rarely happens. It felt like car shopping with your cool uncle who knows everything about cars and is looking out for you. Can't recommend enough asking for Joseph when you need your next car!! He can pull almost any car from another Autonation location, so it's worth going here to work with him even if it's out of your way or doesn't have the car you think you might want! We wound up not finding our vehicle within Autonation's inventory, but genuinely felt badly because Joseph was that pivotal in our search! Great guy, and a wonderful ally in the often stressful and overwhelming car buying process. More

He was very knowledgeable as I was not since I was purchasing the car for my husband for an early Christmas gift. He was kind and efficient throughout the entire process, never forcing me to sign anything he wouldn't sign himself. Will definitely be coming back in the near future.
