I had found a used 2016 Ford edge that I was really interested in and I messaged them asking them to please not sell it on me. They were in contact with me within about 15 to 20 minutes of me submittin interested in and I messaged them asking them to please not sell it on me. When my daughter needed a new car, I found a 2017 Hyundai at this dealership. Being an AutoNation, I assumed they were reputable. I bought the car for 10K, and was assured the car had been inspected and was at this dealership. Being an AutoNation, I assumed they were reputable. I bought the car for 10K, and was assured the car had been inspected and was in good working order. Well, the car made it less than a month before it completely broke down. We had it towed to a Hyundai dealership and found out that there were 5 active error codes and that there were major issue with transmission components and likely the transmission itself. The estimated repair cost, was 14K , which is obviously more than I paid for the car outright. I find it very hard to believe that all of these problems magically appeared in one month. The response from the dealership was essentially, "It was a used car, sold as is. Sorry about your luck." This is exactly why I would never buy a car from a random side of the road dealer. I mistakenly thought these guys were better. I guess not. They know what the right thing to do is. I'd steer clear if you need honesty and integrity. More
