Sharing My Experience with AutoNation USA – Please Read Before You Buy About 10 months ago, I purchased a 2016 Porsche Cayenne from AutoNation USA. From day one, the high engine oil warning light was on Before You Buy About 10 months ago, I purchased a 2016 Porsche Cayenne from AutoNation USA. From day one, the high engine oil warning light was on. I immediately asked the salesperson about it, and he reassured me it was “nothing” and would go away. I trusted him. That turned out to be a very costly mistake. That warning light was not minor—it was the sign of a serious engine problem. Ten months later, the engine failed completely. I took the vehicle to a certified Porsche dealership, and they told me the issue had been present for at least a year, meaning it predated the sale and should have never been sold in that condition. I went back to AutoNation hoping they’d do the right thing. Instead, they offered me only $500 for a car I still owe over $16,000 on. That’s not support—that’s dismissal. I was sold a defective car and left with a massive financial burden and no accountability from the dealership. I’m a father and husband. My wife is a public school teacher. We work hard, and we can’t just absorb a loss like this. Now we’re stuck with a non-running vehicle, trying to figure out whether we pay off something we can’t use or let it get repossessed and destroy our credit. Either way, we’re the ones paying for AutoNation’s lack of care and transparency. This has been an incredibly stressful and disheartening experience. I trusted AutoNation to sell me a safe, reliable vehicle. Instead, I got a car with a hidden engine defect and zero help when it failed. I’m sharing my story so others don’t go through what we’re going through. If you’re thinking about buying from AutoNation, please be cautious, ask questions, and don’t ignore any warning signs—literally or figuratively. More

From the moment I walked in, Abdul was approachable, trustworthy, and incredibly reliable. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions with patience and honesty. It’s clear he genuinely cares about helping his customers, not just making a sale. I highly recommend Abdul to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience—you’ll be in good hands! More
