I made an appointment online for an oil change...super easy to do. Got there at 10 am to wait. There were quite a few cars, so I expected to wait a while. It ended up taking about 4 hours, but the lady th easy to do. Got there at 10 am to wait. There were quite a few cars, so I expected to wait a while. It ended up taking about 4 hours, but the lady that took care of me rectified the situation and I left satisfied. I will definitely come back for my next service. More

I have had my Atlas there 5 times since 6/23/2021 and my problem is still not fixed. I am getting the run around about my issues and this is tied I to that. Awesome, Just awesome Service I called my sales rep Sim Thomas on a Saturday to try and squeeze in a quick maintenance. Sim recommended that I call and get in touch with Frankie I I called my sales rep Sim Thomas on a Saturday to try and squeeze in a quick maintenance. Sim recommended that I call and get in touch with Frankie I believe, Service advisor, and he was able to get me in ASAP for. 30 second be fix. Super awesome to not have to wait! Norm Matthews the business Mgr even made an effort to recognize me and say hello. This dealership is a well oiled machine, pardon the pun. I highly recommend this team for your next car or service need. Thanks Guys! More
