Unlike Savannah Volkswagen, the Hardeeville dealership provided excellent customer service, communication, and competence in getting my car repaired in a timely manner. The Hardeeville VW service department made a horrible experience with Savannah VW much better in the end. Every time I go in here for service Maddie always takes care of me. She is extremely sweet and very understanding. After there conversation I told the customer he was in the wrong as she is doing everything she can and cannot speed up the technicians.
