I choose to drive 35 minutes to get my car serviced here because the service is outstanding. I feel like a valued customer/client and the service representatives always look out for me. I am never coerced into getting something I do not need. Cody continued to keep me updated as to the progress and outlined areas that could save me money. I would give it 5 stars except that to actually talk to someone over the phone took two days. The dealership phone service is horrible. I didn't want to schedule on line the appointment because I had specific questions to ask before the appointment. The dealership needs to work on their communications system. More

I couldn’t start my VW. The key FOB was dead. I changed the battery, still nothing. I used my other key and got it going and took it in. Still got an error message. Onc The key FOB was dead.
