Good service department but very hard to get in contact with at time for scheduling and updates. I’m sure it is a VW issue but the pricing for a lot of the repairs are very expensive. Leah and the service managers are awesome. Had a recall and they fixed it as soon as they received the correct tool for the job. My instrument panel went black for a couple days and the back up light, radi and they fixed it as soon as they received the correct tool for the job. My instrument panel went black for a couple days and the back up light, radio, etc didn’t work. It started working again after a couple days. I know this is a new car but I really didn’t think this would happen. I sure hope it doesn’t happen again. More

Pete in service went above and beyond to help me out. My son's car actually had the rim fail on his 2015 VW Jetta on his way home to PA from college in FL. We drove to the dealership on the spare and fortun son's car actually had the rim fail on his 2015 VW Jetta on his way home to PA from college in FL. Visited the dealership for an oil change. Another issue still under warranty was discovered.
