We actually had to come in for a service along with a trade in on two of our VW's. The service team at VW are amazing Roland Wheaten, and Mark Gillmore are always there to help assist with all of our nee trade in on two of our VW's. It’s been about two weeks now since we acquired the car and the verdict is a resounding ‘thumbs up’ for the VW. The pedigree is familiar and the car ‘moves out’ and handles very well. Love the ‘tiptronic’ transmission. That it runs on regular and gets about 5MPG more is an added bonus. I could go on and on about the caliber of each aspect of the process, i.e., the ‘face’, the ‘financing’ and the ‘documentation’ but I’ll keep it brief: Mario is an‘ace’; Supportive and understanding – not pushy… extremely polite and professional. PATIENT! I’ll be referring him to everyone that I know that I can get to listen to re: the ‘virtues’ of owning and driving a VW. Farris is extremely resourceful and professional, a good listener and ‘great’ problem solver.
