Experience could’ve been better, felt that my service advisor wasn’t very knowledgeable. After the car was finished with service, there was a hazard light still on which the service advisor didn’t know w advisor wasn’t very knowledgeable. After the car was finished with service, there was a hazard light still on which the service advisor didn’t know what it meant and another service advisor had to come turn it off for us (which should’ve been done by technician initially). There was potentially another issue with the car that we had to come back for a diagnostic testing, asked my service advisor if she could provide a loaner before we came back for the appointment and she stated they were 3 people ahead of me but once a loaner was available then she will let me know. And I never heard from her again. Lastly, in the sales dept, there was one employee that start yelling at two of his coworkers very loud for at least 10 minutes about they weren’t transferring calls correctly or something. It was very unprofessional due to customers waiting in the lobby. After 10 minutes, I believe a manager pulled the employees inside an office where that one coworker was still yelling, it was very loud and uncomfortable. More
Shocked by the high cost to diagnose. ..but it turned out to be an easy fix so fee was removed and part fixed. If part wasn't fixed, then the diagnosis fee would have stayed on. All si have to say about AutoNation VW Sahara location are pretty good things. Starting from the welcoming faces all the time I am there, the quality of costumer service that they provide is beyond apprec are pretty good things. I got real take care by Jeffrey Service Consultant. He explained everything what I need to take care of my car. Jeffrey was very patient to what I need and what is my car problem. For example , I have a little crack on my window window shield , I worried if I got car wash the little crack will getting bigger. He explained how to take care the crack and explained I don't need to be worried to fix it immediately. He recommended me to get some fix only $86+ . Service department is a joke. They will have your car all day and do absolutely nothing even though you had an 8 am appointment time. They do not answer the phone when calling for an update and refuse to admit any faults. Your car will fall apart even though it is brand new and they don’t care! Tell you your car has to be in for a week or more and that you are not important enough to get a rental car! Yes, those words exactly you are not important enough for a rental car. I personally would never recommend this dealership to anyone. The customer service is terrible and all the phone does is ring and go to a voicemail and they will NEVER call you back. Just spend your money elsewhere. Left the car dirty in the inside like someone touched oil then get inside of your car and touched around! More
