Last visit went in for a service & service guy forgot I was standing there & keep typing on his computer. I finally had to say after 25 minutes, that I had to go. He told me I needed a battery for my Fob, when I was picking up my car. I said ok & he wanted me to follow him to Parts. I bought battery and wanted it installed. The parts manager said she knew nothing. The service advisor had my Fob in service department for 35 minutes. I went into service department & saw him walking around. He said I wasn't suppose to be there & they were in a meeting. I would have to wait until they were finished. I said let me have my Fob & I would figure how to install it. Can't believe, quite frankly, that the parts manager was an idiot & was the manager. Never a good experience at this service department. More
servic for me was not great they they removed my tires and switch them I understand rotation. But I had different tire product number not the same that I bought. No written or oral estimate given prior to work being performed. i asked thew advisor when dropping the car off about cost and he insisted he will call before work was to be done. service manager lied performed. i asked thew advisor when dropping the car off about cost and he insisted he will call before work was to be done. service manager lied to me about estimate given. i told her where is the proof of estimate given and there was none, no signed repair order with a dollar amount or a time called with amount given. they did lower the labor rate, but that was before i even came to pick up the vehicle. i would have paid without issue, but i wanted to be informed of cost prior to work being done. the service manager was nice, the advisor should do his job better. there should be a procedure to follow so things like this dont happen. i am complaining about $65, imagine if it were $600. More
