Prior to coming up all the way from VA, I told Kenny exactly what I was looking to purchase in a car. When he found my perfect match, he called me and sent pics. Our experience with Keim Pre-Owned was excellent from start to finish. My husband found a Dodge Truck that he was interested in on the internet and spoke with Kenny Orozco about it on the phone. The original deal went well Eric did a great job; the deal went sideways when we had a difference of opinion as to what should have been repaired when we went to pick up the car. I feel we got a Fair deal just wish we did not have all of the drama and have the General Manager involved to get to the end result of our purchase. If you are going to buy from this dealership be sue to get it in writing. and listen closly to what the Sales Manager is saying. if your are not sure of what they are telling you ask then to repete it or put it into writing. . BTW do not go there around lunch time, that is when everyones focus changes. More
