The issue with the car was a flow censor. I had changed oil less than 3 months ago, but agreed too. The labor was excessive, I dropped car at 9:00, didn't get back until 4:30pm. I don't think I should be charged for labor while waiting on part, and mechanic working multiple vehicles. No urgency in simply routine work that should not take 8 hours. It sends wrong message. Robert was great through the whole process, from check-in through completion. A part in my transmission failed and was back-ordered for months. Richard got GMC to approve the replacement of the transmissio through completion. A part in my transmission failed and was back-ordered for months.
