Went in to have tire checked for leak. They could not find anything. I suggested they remove tire and submerge it for possible small leak. Was told that they saturated tire with spray a They could not find anything. I suggested they remove tire and submerge it for possible small leak. Was told that they saturated tire with spray and could not find anything They refused to take off vehicle. They also suggested getting four new tires to maintain ride continuity and sensor function because all tires are not new. I took vehicle to Waynesville Tire and they took tire off truck and was able to saturate and submerge tire and found leak coming from plug I had put in on Christmas Day after getting flat in South Carolina. Was told by Auto Star that no leak from plug. Waynesville Tire found it and saved me a thousand dollars for new tires. All is well and I am happy. More

Work took too long to complete and could not get a commitment from Robert the service advisor as to when I’d get my vehicle back even though it was at the dealer from March 1st thru the 11th. He said he doesn’t make those types of commitments and refused to give me an idea of how much longer it would take. I finally had to call the Service Manager and left a voicemail.
