This is by far the worst car buying experience I've ever had. Waited almost two hours with my child to pick up the car when they told us it was ready. All they had to do was put the plates on. When the car finally came around there was a tail light out and no gas in the car. I was so annoyed with the fact that I waited two hours for them to screw the plates on that I didn't say anything and left. I think that's why they make you wait so long so that when you finally get your turn you just want to get the hell out of there. To top it off any time I called the dealer and they told me they would call me back they never did. I am still waiting on a credit to be placed on my loan that was supposed to be taken care of a month ago. I called two days ago to see what was going on and I was told I would be called back once my file was reviewed. Still waiting for that call..... I would like to say that Bo was not there when I waited two hours to pick up the car and also that he is not the person I am dealing with to try to get my credit toward my loan. More

We went to this dealer after visiting 3 other dealers to purchase used Sienna. They treated my family very gracefully. Ricardo was very easy to work with. It did not take much time to make the decision to purchase the vehicle we were looking for. The only caveat is the price they quote on web page is not the actual price. You have to add extra $1500.00 to this. But still the price is very competitive. The 60-days warraty this dealer offers is really helpful. The minivan's battery died and we had to call roadside assistance. The problem was nothing to do with this dealer's service. But still they fixed the problem with no charges and no questions asked. My experience with this dealer so far has nothing but positive. We might consider this dealer again for future purchases. More

I have to admit I was skeptical about this dealership - they have a very large location and it took me quite some time to find the vehicle that I had seen on autotrader (2007 toyota sienna le). After not much time, and after comparing to but not actually driving a similar honda odyssey that they had at their location i did decide to go with the sienna. Simon was very professional and assisted me in getting out of my high mileage tahoe. Overall I would say my experience was good, we picked up the van this past thursday and are pleased with the condition. I would recommend them to anyone looking to compare multiple cars, they do have a lot of inventory. Simon helped me with all of my questions and helped me make the best use of my time. More

Purchased a cadillac a year and a half ago and have had nothing but problems since the day we drove it off the lot! Which again devalued the car due to in correct mileage! When we recently went back to cancel the (useless)after market warranty they sold us there were two customers there at the time also whom where very unhappy with this dealership. More

This dealership appearently do not communicate with each other. No one knew anything about anything. Kept giving us the run around. Told me that the car would be ready on two seperate occasions and were not ready. Told you everything you wanted to hear and then, no one knew about what needed to be fixed prior to delivery. Spoke to everyone in that place, when someone didn't know an answer, they would pass it along to the next person. Their website lies, its a scam and false advertisement. The amount it says the car is for sale for, IS NOT THE PRICE. ITS A GIMMICK. Apparently everyone is NEW. This dealership should be closed by BBB. Lawsuit should be filed. Amazed their still in business. More

This place is absolutely horrible. They seem nice as they are selling you the car but once i signed the papers for the financing, they pretty much fell off of the face of the earth. I called my insurance and they didnt receive anything until Thursday morning and it took me 15 minutes to insure the car. I started calling and apparently everyone there is complete moron. All I was trying to do was get a status on my car. How hard is that?! Just save yourself a headache and go somewhere professional. More

I was pleased with the total experience. It was, by far, the best car buying experience to date, for me. The trade-in value allowed for my vehicle was all I had hoped for.
