Tried to talk with someone in the service department and never could get a representative. I left messages and never received a returned call. Now Im being told that the I need to live with the battery and press the battery reset button when it happens again. With all this wonderful technology why are auto makers building vehicles that the battery goes dead in a couple weeks if the car isn't driven. More

The team conducted a full inspection, including a tire rotation, and when I went to check out, they explained that my oil was still 100% clean and didn’t need to be changed. Not only was I not charged for an unnecessary service, but they also gave me a complimentary car wash! I truly commend the service department and technicians for their honesty, thoroughness, and excellent customer care. I’ll definitely be returning—and recommending them to others! More

Car ignition would not work. Couldn't remove key. After ordering part, waiting for part to arrive, installing part, everything is now operational, except the light went on. It Couldn't remove key. Maybe Dad can do that or might need another appointment. More
I have just completed the second year servicing on my Hyundai Tucson hybrid at Autonation and it was excellent. I had a 9am "Express" appointment and it was fast--done by 10:15 and that included the com Hyundai Tucson hybrid at Autonation and it was excellent. I had a 9am "Express" appointment and it was fast--done by 10:15 and that included the complimentary car wash and fixing a simple recall. Home by 1030--Far superior to last year's servicing. My service advisor Christian Alaniz was outstanding--great communication and he even suggested the car wash and moved another car so I could "extract" my parked car when I left. More
I owned Lexus and Acuras for last 15 years dealer needs to visit those dealerships to get customer service. Arrived 1st in line at 7:30 AM for 15,000 mile oil change, left at 11:00. Quoted 1 1/2 to 2 hours to visit those dealerships to get customer service. Arrived 1st in line at 7:30 AM for 15,000 mile oil change, left at 11:00. Quoted 1 1/2 to 2 hours, no updates throughout . In my opinion Dealer has a problem way tooo many cars not enough employees or space for cars or customers. Car has been great so far dealer is a major disappointment. More

We had some hiccups along the way. I came in for an oil change and found out that my hyundai santa cruz needs an oil pan reseal. It will take longer than expected. Hyundai will provide lyft or uber within 10 or 15 miles. My address is more than that. They have provided me with a rental car without me asking. I also, left my house keys and she waited for me. Madisen, you are one of a kind. As I said before, I cannot thank you enough. You have provided the best possible service I can imagine. More
Took my car in for an oil change and was overcharged for parts. After bringing it to the attention of multiple employees including the service manager, I have waited months now with no reimbursement. When you call the dealership, it is almost impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. Complete lack of customer service! Totally unprofessional business practices. Do not take your car to these people or spend any money there! I will never go back again. More
