The phone staff were very helpful and polite. I was disappointed that I had made an appointment for the morning for service told that it would be a two or three hour wait maximum. Upon arrival I I was disappointed that I had made an appointment for the morning for service told that it would be a two or three hour wait maximum. Upon arrival I was told there were several cars in front of me with the recall and I’d have to leave my car for the entire day. In addition to that there was no information about a ride home. I had to call back several times to find out whether my vehicle was ready. My last call when I let the dealership know I was getting a ride back was when I received a text that the car was ready. Only The driver side of the car was washed. The other side, including the back is filthy. Frankly the service I received from the previous owner Bob Baker was far more customer service oriented. More
This business is beyond horrible! !!! I had work done. The work and the service advisors were great. The company however is a mess!!!! First off you cannot get a hold of anyone by !!! No matter what you select on the menu it circles back to the menu. If you happen to make contact you will be just put on hold and no one will answer, I paid $1000.00 plus 7.75% tax for a core deposit on a $375.00 radio. I had Autonation istall the radio. Calen in service handled the repair and wrote the invoice reflecting the $1000.00 core deposit and the $77.50 tax ad due back to me. I received an email showing $1000.00 back to my credit card. I'm still missing $77.50. I cannot get ahold of anyone to get the rest of my money. It's 78 miles round trip to drive there. This is unacceptable. There is another review here where Autonation responded with a phone number for the General Manager. They asked that reviewer to call so their concerns could be addressed. That phone number goes to that menu to nowhere I previously mentioned. More

Went in for oil change with appointment. Pulled in to service lane and nobody came out to meet me as before when it used to be bob baker hyundai. Anyway, went inside to find someone to check me in. Got my quote of about 100 dollars for oil change. Plus I asked about the the steering lock as part of the recall that came up on my car which should be free. After they were done they billed me for 122 dollars! Looking at the receipt there was no multi point inspection done even though the service advisor said they will do it! They just changed the oil, oil filter, and checked my tire pressure. There was also labor charge of about 20 dollars for just putting the unopened steering lock on the seat of my car! Ridiculous! Never going there again! More
